For our change in how we present stats, we have narrowed it down to 2 formats that are effectively identical. For the sake of incremental increases, the range needs to run higher than 100. However, the number 200 that was used in the previous version was unintuitive. To settle this, we have decided on using a 4 figure number as the cap. It will either be 1000, or 100.0, using decimal points.

These two are effectively the same, but there's a difference in the presentation. So, we're kicking it to the future players to decide.

Ethnicity is an option in the game. However, some people have their preferences when it comes to ethnicity. Should there be an option to allow players to remove certain ethnicities from consideration in character generation?
