{{tab}}The turbolift doors closed behind me, and I was going to tell it where to bring me, but I didn't know where I wanted to go. I stood in the turbolift, thinking, for about 5 minutes.

{{tab}}I was interrupted, by the door opening, and some random ensign came in, he had a yellow uniform. "Oh, hello, what are you doing?" He asked, as he came in, the door closed behind him.

{{tab}}"Main Engineering." He said, the turbolift started moving. "Are you bored?" He asked, I nodded, "Well, maybe you could play with Miral or Jack?"

{{tab}}"Yeah, I guess, thanks." The turbolift opened to deck 11, where engineering is, he left. "Computer, locate Miral Paris." ''Miral Paris is on holodeck 2.'' Said the computer, "Computer, locate Jack Hansen." ''Jack Hansen is in shuttle bay 2.''

{{tab}}I wondered what he was doing in shuttle bay 2, so I went there first. I arrived at shuttle bay 2, and went in, I didn't immediately see Jack anywhere. "Jack, you in here?" I asked, then said, "Computer, locate Jack Hansen." ''Jack Hansen is in shuttle bay 2.''

{{tab}}I looked around shuttles, under shuttles, and then started looking inside them. I finally found him, I walked into a shuttle and he was sleeping in it. I crouched down next to him, he was laying on the floor, I woke him up and asked, "What are you doing in here?"

{{tab}}"I am waiting." He pulled up a map on his console, showing the path, and estimated time of arrival for Voyager, heading for the distress signal. I wondered why he was waiting until we got to the planet, and what he was gonna do when we got there.

{{tab}}We both stood in complete silence for about 30 minutes, until I broke the silence, "Jack, can I leave the shuttle?" I was getting kind of concerned because he locked me in here, and now I wanted to leave.

{{tab}}"Aww, come on! You don't need to leave, if you are hungry, we have a replicator." I was actually kind of hungry, so I replicated a sandwich. A few hours later, we were still in the shuttle, he was still waiting for us to arrive, I finally sat down, I was in the co-pilot's chair.

{{tab}}I saw the screen with the map, it said roughly ten minutes left. I was getting increasingly anxious, wondering what he was gonna do. He hadn't moved a muscle in over an hour, he was just patiently waiting.

{{tab}}After the ten minutes were up, Voyager dropped out of warp and he turned on the shuttle. He opened the shuttle bay doors and left Voyager, I was shocked, but was helpless to stop him. "Jack! What in the world are you doing?"

{{tab}}He went to warp, leaving Voyager in the dust. "I am taking you to a new, better home. One where we can be kids, have fun without consequence, do whatever we want, because there are no rules." He said and smiled, "Ok, well, there are no rules, except one..."

{{tab}}He stopped talking, staring at me. "Well, what is the one rule?" I asked, the suspense was really driving me crazy.

{{tab}}"You have to obey me, do everything I say, no matter what I tell you." He smiled and stood up. "Stand up." I didn't want to follow ''everything'' he said, but I figured standing up wouldn't hurt anyone, so I did.

{{tab}}I wasn't about to undress in a box, without knowing what was happening to me, so I pushed against the lid of the cargo container, he was sitting on it, so it didn't budge. "You have to do it if you want to get out." He said, feeling me push against it.

{{tab}}I growled and pretended to undress, "Ok, I am done." He hopped off of the container and opened it, I jumped out and shoved him over. He was not expecting the attack, because he was expecting me to be embarrassed and shy because I was supposed to be naked.

{{tab}}He hopped to his feet, I grabbed my comm badge, which he had put on a different container. I put it on and tapped it, "Natalie to Voyager, do you copy? Natalie to Voyager."

{{tab}}A few seconds later, I heard a response, "We copy, why did you take a shuttle?" It was my mom, the captain, they assumed that I had taken the shuttle by myself, because Jack, being the son of a Borg¹, knows how to do all kinds of tech stuff, so he made a dampening field to hide his life signs when he took the ship.

{{tab}}"I didn't take the shuttle," Jack tackled me, I squealed, and he smashed my comm badge. The last thing that Voyager heard, was "I didn't take the shuttle", a squeal, and a thump when I hit the ground, so they were a little worried about me now.

{{tab}}"Uhh, Natalie to Voyager... do you copy..." I asked, he smiled and put a hand on my mouth before I could say anything else.

{{tab}}"Natalie, are you ok?" It was mom again, I tried to make noise through his hand, I succeeded, slightly. Jack slapped me as hard as he could, he'd moved his hand off of my mouth to do that.

{{tab}}I yelped and cried, Jack purposefully did it so that they would hear it. I heard through the comms, "Scan the shuttle for other life signs..." then I heard, "I am picking up no life signs, but that could be a dampening field."
