"Mommy, am I going to get a shot?"  You are in the doctor's waiting area, waiting for your turn.  You don't like shots at all, and hope that this time you can go without one.

"Well, we'll see.  If the doctor says you need one, then I'm afraid you'll just have to endure it."  Mommy doesn't even look up from reading her magazine.  You grimace at this, but Mommy knows best.  Maybe she's afraid you will get sick like Daddy if you don't get one.  Time seems to slow down while you anxiously wait for the doctor to signal that he's ready for you to come in.

Finally it's your turn, and you and Mommy head into a little room inside that has a examination table in the middle of it.  You are instructed to strip down to your underwear and then lie on the table.  As Mommy helps you out of your clothes, she notices something.  "Your tummy is a little bigger than I remember.  Does it hurt?"

You blush a little when she mentions your tummy.  "Uncle's food always tastes so good, so I end up eating alot."  After a moment, you add, "Is that why my tummy feels weird now?"

"Maybe you ate something that didn't agree with you.  In any case, let's get the doctor to get a good look at you."  Mommy finishes helping you undress, so now you climb onto the table, the paper crinkling under you while you get into position.

Once you are lying back against the table, the doctor comes over.  "Hello, Angela.  Your mother said you haven't been feeling well lately."  You nod, and tell him, "My tummy feels all weird like."

"I see.  Well then, let's take a look."  You've played doctor before, so you instantly recognize the stethoscope as he puts it on your tummy.  It's cold when he presses the end to your skin.  The doctor then moves it all around your front until it reaches your chest.  He pauses for a moment, listening intently to your heartbeat, before finally removing it.

"That was cold."  You complain after he's done.  He smiles back, "Ah, yes... it does get a little chilly when it's not doing anything.  It probably wanted to feel how nice and warm you are."  The doctor joked, as if the stethoscope had a mind of its own.  "Don't worry.  This next part won't be so chilly."

After that, the doctor continued doing his tests.  He put something around your arm that squeezed it tight.  He also put a stick on your tongue and told you to say 'Ahh.'  He then took a little hammer and bumped it against your knee.  Finally, it looked like you were almost done.  You gave a happy sigh of relief.  Maybe you wouldn't get a shot after all.

"Well, so far Angela appears to be completely healthy.  It's probably just a tummy ache from eating too much."  Mommy nodded, smiling for the first time today.  "I'd like to do one more test.  Please take her into the bathroom and have her pee in this cup."

You follow Mommy into the little bathroom, and then pull your panties down to your ankles.  As Mommy helps you onto the toilet seat, your underwear falls free leaving you completely naked.  Mommy puts her hand with the cup between your legs, and says, "Okay, Angie.  Whenever you're ready, you can go ahead and pee."

You nod, and concentrate on your tummy.  You've needed to pee ever since the doctor put that cold stethoscope against you, so before long you feel a stream of liquid coming out.  Soon the cup is sufficiently full, so Mommy pulls it away while you finish the rest in the toilet.  You are old enough to know how to wipe yourself clean, so you quickly grab some toilet paper and dry around your pee hole.  After that you hop off the seat and run over to the sink to wash your hands.  You smile happily when Mommy praises you for washing up without her having to tell you.

While you were still drying your hands, Mommy opens the bathroom door and hands the cup of pee to the doctor waiting outside.  Ah, you are still naked!  You frantically run over to pick up your panties and pull them on.  Both the doctor and Mommy didn't seem to be bothered that he had gotten a full view of your privates, but you were still a little embarrassed anyway.

The doctor leaves the examination room with your pee, leaving Mommy to help you get dressed again.  After you had put all your clothes back on, you jump back up onto the table and wait for the doctor to return.  During this time, you and Mommy have a nice chat together.  You are feeling pretty good now.  Your tummy still feels weird, but it looks like you won't get that shot.  And best of all, you got to spend time with Mommy today.

After a while, the doctor comes back in.  His face is frowning, and he's obviously distressed.  "Ma'am, I think you are going to need to sit down for this."

Instead of sitting, Mommy jumps up with a look of worry on her face.  "What did you find?!  What's wrong with my daughter?!"

"Now, now.  First, please take a seat.  How about you sit down on the examination table next to Angela."  The doctor guided her over until Mommy was sitting next to you, her butt making the paper crinkle even more.

Once Mommy had calmed down a little, the doctor began his explanation.  "Well, this may come as quite a shock to you, Ma'am.  I must admit I had to double and even triple check myself when I found out."  He paused for a moment and then said the following:  "It seems that Angela is pregnant."
