Biography
Growing up, Veronica always loved working with her family at the restaurant turned Tea Parlour that they owned. The reason being, that she loves a good gossip. During her time at school Veronica, while beautiful, wasn't good academically and she is a very timid individual.
Her timidness is due in large part to her father. From the time she was nine, he had been sexually molesting her as he had done with many other victims before her. The only difference was that this time he'd gone after his own daughter. When she turned 13, he got her pregnant. Her family managed to hide this, and she gave birth during the summer and the baby was immediately given up to the orphanage. Then, she got pregnant again, immediately after giving birth, and her second daughter who was also given to the orphanage turned out being an Irish twin born only 10 months after her first.
He got her pregnant again at 14, but the severe lack of proper nutrients in her body due to the repeated pregnancies resulted in a miscarriage.
This was when her uncle finally decided to leave her alone. But a few years later, John, the man she loved but was never able to confess to due to her timidness and shame over being so used by her uncle, left town. And shortly after that, all the trauma of her youth came back to her all at once when her uncle was drunk as she was closing up at the Tea Parlor one evening.
He pushed her up against a wall and brutally raped her for four hours. Despite her lack of sexual education, she had figured out from the way that her pregnancies stopped after her uncle stopped raping her that his rapes had something to do with how she got pregnant. And in that moment, she felt certain he'd just gotten her pregnant again.
Once he was finished, she felt she had to get away as this was now a sign that her torment was never going to end if she stayed at this house with her parents. She quickly locked up the building, dropping the keys on the front porch of her family home and ran all the way to the brothel, not caring if anyone saw her defiled body. Bursting through the front door of the brothel, she practically ran into the one of the ladies working that evening, collapsed and fainted due to lack of oxygen. Waking up, she discovered that she was in a warm bed, freshly bathed and clothed in luxury pajamas. When questioned about her circumstances, she recounted the tale and asked if she could stay at the brothel because she was too ashamed to return home. The women that were looking after her quickly assured her that she was, in fact, not pregnant; and after they spoke with the matron at that time, she was again assured that she could live there on the condition that she was eventually going to work at the brothel.
Five years ago, the Matron of the brothel retired and a suitable replacement was found. The new Matron quickly assured Veronica that she could stay there as long as she needs and she didn't have to pay them anything, or whore herself out. To protect Veronica and Janne's little girls, the matron discontinued the "VIP Token" program that would allow the person presenting the token to fuck any resident of the brothel for up to twelve hours; but anyone who is still hording one, may still use it.
Now, Veronica enjoys eavesdropping on the patrons of the brothel. She quickly learned that the man she loved was returning to Mahogany Hills and hoped that he would accept a "tainted" woman as a concubine; but was kind of disappointed to learn that he most likely wouldn't find her attractive because of her large breasts...
Her family has no clue where she is, they just assume that she either went missing or left town like so many other eighteen year-olds do. She is never seen by any of the patrons and if she is seen, it is always with a mask; especially now that her sister Leida has begun to frequent the brothel.
Play your cards right, and Mr. Gardener could gain some of the 4th wall knowledge that the reader has...
She has completely forgotten about the oath that she forced her sisters to make.
