The short answer is, No.  You are not doing it right at all.  To make a request on a story that accepts them, simply edit the page by clicking the Edit Tab, and put the following code after your requested option <code><nowiki>'''(Request)''' --~~~~</nowiki></code>.  That is all.  What you did was to create a blank page with a comment about a request.  Comments when creating and editing pages (in the Summary section) are very unobtrusive; and will usually go unnoticed. --[[User:Elerneron|Elerneron]] ([[User talk:Elerneron|talk]]) 11:11, 30 April 2019 (CEST)

The short answer is, No. You are not doing it right at all. To make a request on a story that accepts them, simply edit the page by clicking the Edit Tab, and put the following code after your requested option '''(Request)''' --~~~~. That is all. What you did was to create a blank page with a comment about a request. Comments when creating and editing pages (in the Summary section) are very unobtrusive; and will usually go unnoticed. --Elerneron (talk) 11:11, 30 April 2019 (CEST)
