This represents a host of abilities that a deity has upon using the last vestige of their power to inhabit a mortal.

  • Source: Divine. The power derives from a divine source, and is therefore unaffected by areas with no magic.
  • Benefits:
    • The ability to read, write, speak and understand all languages without the need to learn them.
    • Immune to non-divine compulsory magic. Magic that tries to compel the subject by any non-divine means is meaningless. This includes, but is not limited to geas, charm spells, truth spells, and hold spells.
    • Immune to illusions. This is the ability to see illusions for what they are. The subject can still see the illusion, but they recognize it as such.
    • Quality perception. This is the ability to gauge a being's qualities simply by looking at them. They can tell the target's age, race makeup, attribute levels and abilities on sight.
    • Perception of the Divine. The ability to perceive divine and infernal forces on a target. This includes sources from other deities, angels, demons, devils, and nephlim.
  • Weaknesses:
    • Adherence to the Old Rules. The subject cannot trespass on another god's holy ground.
    • Aura of the divine. Divine and infernal beings can see the divine on the subject. This includes other deities, angels, demons, devils, and nephlim.
