"Nah. You're not a little girl anymore. I think you should be able to wear what you want."


She beams up at you and you smile back.
"You mean it?"
You nod.
"You're the best."
She reaches out from the car and hugs your waist, her head against your stomach. When she breaks the embrace, she stands up and dusts off her jean shorts.
"Maybe next time I come swimming you can tell me what you think about my new suit?"
She blushes hard, shyly looking down at her shoes and rubbing her arm behind her back. Suddenly, she freezes like she just remembered something she has to do.
"I got to to go home now. Bye!"
She dashes off, leaving as quickly as she had came.
Later that night as you are doing dishes, your wife strikes up a conversation.
"Did June come say hey to you while you were working out there today?"
She grins, holding your hips from behind. She feels warm against you. Her head rests on your upper back.
"Yeah. She stopped by and I let her sit in the Mustang."
Your wife laughed and hummed softly.
"I think that girl has a little crush on you. She's always coming to see you and never stops to see me." She teases.
You chuckle, glad to be hiding your blushed cheeks from your wife.
"You think?"
