Nymphsaga

FOREWORD

TL;DR - Like RPG's, virtual reality settings, or fantasy gaming in general? Like girl-on-girl action, with some gender-bending sprinkled in? Really like alternative hentai (tentacles, monsters, futanari, etc.)? If so, this story might be for you.

In the early parts of the 22nd century, the world is a very different place from the world where we live in. Yet, at the same time, it's so similar. Two things that haven't changed are the hunger for discovery and the hunger for entertainment. Coincidentally, these are the years that happen to be significant in both of these frontiers.

As the world collectively sets its gazes to the stars afar, ushering in the space age of humanity, down at planet Earth, the home of mankind, the next generation of virtual reality gaming becomes widespread and commercially available to consumers worldwide at an affordable price, allowing gamers, for the first time in history, to literally upload their minds into virtual worlds. These worlds are photorealistic, immersive, and massive open worlds that can even simulate sensations like taste, smell, pain, and pleasure, sensations that people have only been able to experience in the real world up until now. Amongst these virtual worlds is a sci-fi and fantasy-themed videogame called Nymphsaga, which tells the story of Nymphs and their desperate struggle for survival in a dangerously unforgiving world.

But could there be something much more sinister going on? Is Nymphsaga merely a simple, harmless game created for gamers to enjoy for fun, or is there something so much more to it? That is the question thousands of gamers will have to ask themselves as they dive into the world of Nymphsaga.

This is a story about these gamers who find themselves immersed in the universe of Nymphsaga. The story I want to tell you starts with - and mostly focuses on - three very close friends who share a passion for virtual reality gaming and want to experience this world together. They will make new friends, find both happiness and grief, and have their lives changed forever in the world of Nymphsaga.

CONTENT DISCLAIMER

First things first, not only is this story a long one, but also one where you have to read quite a bit to get to the juicy stuff. In other words, this story is not one that you jump into while horny to get a quick fix. Also, while the story is sexually explicit, the story is mostly "no sex", with actual adult scenes taking a smaller fraction of the overall word count. There's also quite a bit of content - such as lore retaining to the world of Phantasm and descriptive, lethal combat between Nymphs and their enemies - which isn't even remotely sexual. It is also worth pointing out that while Nymphs are described as childlike in appearance, all of the Nymphs presented in this story are 18 years of age or older and aren't actually children or even act like children most of the time. While there is some comic relief attempts at comedy and lighthearted moments, this story is "intended" to be a dark one. I cannot and will not promise a happy ending for any single character, or all of them for that matter.

The pornographic content in this story appeals mainly to the fans of alternative hentai - most of which is non-consensual in nature - but I'm sure fans of happy and consensual girl-on-girl action will find content that they find interesting as well. If you're into tentacles and monsters preying on, raping, and even sexually enslaving children, you may find this enjoyable. If any of this makes you feel uncomfortable, the bulk of this story is not for you. I'd say there's about a 50/50 split between consensual and forced sex, with some grey areas and varying amounts of reluctance from the characters toward some of the sexual acts they're going to perform, but after it's all said and done, don't quote on me the numbers.

Since the sex of all characters doesn't coincide with the sex of their birth in real life, there are also gender-bending elements to the story, with some transgender characters and those who are not so happy about being forced to live their lives as the opposite sex. Futanari content - or in other words, "dick girls" - will be featured in the story as well and should be expected. There will also be pregnancies caused by monsters, some of which may also come in the form of mind and body-altering parasites. As far as content you shouldn't expect goes, don't expect male-on-male content, watersports, scat, or gory sex involving dismemberment, digestion, or little girls getting killed.

I do not want to give out too many disclaimers about the content past those few paragraphs, but I hope this is enough for you to be able to reasonably say if you are or aren't going to find any of the pornographic content interesting. I especially don't want to discuss the nature of the game for that matter, as it is something that is best left discovered by processing through the story. Then again, I guess many of you can already tell where this is going. I'll try to be fair with how many scenes I include per character so there won't be a great disbalance, but at the same time, it's not something I will keep track of.

If you find any of this interesting, I hope you give this story a try. I hope you find reading it as fun as I find writing it.

• Chapter I - Invitation to the World of Nymphs - A small group of three friends dives into the world of Phantasm among thousands of others, quickly learning what the world around them is all about.
• Chapter II - The Raid of Fort Hammercliff - Faced with a powerful and organized enemy, the Nymphs must unite to deal with the problem before it becomes a threat to their existence.
• Chapter III - Break - The Nymphs take a break to focus on healing, leisure, and prepare for their next adventure.
  • Chapter 3.5 - Medusa's Curse - WIP - A side story with a different cast of main characters, better understood with some context from the main story. This is not required reading for chapters IV and onward, but the characters may be featured later in the "Main Story" and in other possible side stories.
• Chapter IV - Paradise - With a destination set far away from home, the Nymphs embark on a long journey.
• Chapter V - Eclipse - WIP - Caught in the umbra of the planet "ION-4-945344b" during an eclipse, the calendar in Phantasm turns to a new month, with evil stirring underneath the moon's surface.
  • Chapter 5.5 - Love Stories - WIP - This is a collection of side stories that take place sometime between the chapters V & VI, featuring characters from both the main story and Medusa's Curse. This is not required reading for chapters VI and onward, but there will be some minor character development, and the content may be referenced later.
• Chapter VI - Rose Garden - WIP - Somewhere far beyond what the Nymphs have explored, a new adventure awaits.
