Talk:Featured Writers

Hi all, I need some help figuring out what to do with this page. I wanted it to be a way for us to find our favorite authors to read (obviously), but I'm not 100% sure where to go from here. I feel like it's just not quite there in its present state. I do want to open up the page to allow users to edit it, which was pretty much always my intention, but I want to make it into a functional page first before I do that.

Should I turn it into something like the story pages where there is a brief description with perhaps story codes that the author frequently writes? Really, what is going to make it easier for us all to find things we want to read? --Hgcollins (talk) 08:13, 6 April 2024 (UTC)

Yeah, the more I think about it the more I like it. Then I can unprotect the page, people can write their own descriptions and add themselves. I’ll just kind of make it official that anyone should have links to their stories on their user page in order to add themselves. --Hgcollins (talk) 21:05, 6 April 2024 (UTC)

Alright, I finally went ahead and opened up this page for anyone to add their user page with their stories linked. I had to BS quite a few of the descriptions--so feel free to change any of those or even delete yourself if I added you here but you'd rather not be. I was also thinking it might be nice to have a column for story codes added instead of just having the descriptions.
