Without the fairy sight that pixie dust causes when it's put in a human's eyes, they only see the fairy's glamour.  Elruel appears to be a [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Damselfly damselfly] to anyone without fairy sight.  Kat hasn't noticed her yet, and if she saw her, would just react as if she were said insect.  Without pixie dust opening their senses to fairy magic Elruel can't be understood when she speaks, and the noises she seems to make would be in keeping with the very subdued noises that damselflys make.

Right, I forgot the Damselfly thing, and they're fraternal twins, not identical. I brought up the twin thing only because of all those stories where the twins have either a telepathic link, or can subconciously sense the other's feelings, or intent and in most cases can even finish each others' sentences. It makes sense that it would be caused by magic. --[[User:MrPib|MrPib]] ([[User talk:MrPib|talk]]) 12:42, 6 October 2019 (UTC)

Without the fairy sight that pixie dust causes when it's put in a human's eyes, they only see the fairy's glamour. Elruel appears to be a damselfly to anyone without fairy sight. Kat hasn't noticed her yet, and if she saw her, would just react as if she were said insect. Without pixie dust opening their senses to fairy magic Elruel can't be understood when she speaks, and the noises she seems to make would be in keeping with the very subdued noises that damselflys make.

As far as the twin thing goes . . . magic has been absent from this world for a long time. Everyone is empty of mana, so any magical connection that twins might have would be dormant . . . unless something were to restore said mana . . . like maybe a cum fairy? Kevin is already gaining mana from his contact with Elruel. If heterochromia is a sign of fey magic, and the twins and their mother have it, and they are absorbing fey magic from Elruel . . . who knows what could happen? --Elerneron (talk) 11:05, 6 October 2019 (UTC)

--MrPib (talk) 12:42, 6 October 2019 (UTC)
