Biography

Originally from the UK, Victor came to the United States while on vacation with his family when he was three years old. Victor's family got into a deadly car crash, with him being the only survivor. He was adopted by the Easterbrooks family.

Victor never did well in school, except when he excelled at Soccer. He has always been a bully and is used to getting what he wants, if he can't get something for free he will get it with money; but if money can't get it, he will take it by force. Legality of Child porn in the United States
