You give some serious thought to how to use the last 6,000 points. You've been getting a lot of big cheats, you feel like now's the time to start rounding things off. You can probably buy one more big cheat, and the one you'd like most is one to max out all the girls' fertilities at once so you don't ever have to deal with finding a girl on her period. Finding a girl already bleeding when you pull her underwear off or having a tampon stuck up her vagina where you want to stick your penis will both seriously put a damper on things.
Setting the fertility is not something you can do with the hack for large populations at once, or girls you've never seen before. However, there is a cheat that can do the same thing. "Common condition" can set any abstract physical state for the entire town, and at a base rate of 500 it will cost 4,000 points to get it for the whole town.
You decide this is the way to go and purchase this cheat, focusing it on all females in the town so as not to have a bunch of boys super horny, and you enter "200 fertility score" as the condition shared between all the girls. Based on what you looked up about fertility stats before, this also lowers their average age of puberty to the earliest point in the variance. With the average age of female puberty now being 2 years old due to the 'reduce age of puberty' cheat you bought earlier, this would mean that all the girls should begin puberty as 1 year old infants.
