The sexual acts mentioned on the consent minimums page apply to cases where it is you and your partner by yourselves in private (for mild sex acts and above,) in sex that does not involve any form of fetish. These form a good basis to judge situations on, but there are a few special cases that one needs to be aware of. These are what the results will be in fetish sex, especially exhibitionism, and also what the results will be to someone allowing you to perform sex acts on someone they are in charge of (known as the surrogate score.) These three situations, exhibitionism being taken separate from other forms of fetish sex, are each cases that deserve their own categories or possibly even an entire page. At the same time, they cannot be summed up as sex acts onto themselves. They are more like modifiers that can apply to absolutely any of the sex acts on the list, although for the most part benign and dismissable acts are not counted.

Fetish Sex

The general rule to go by for Fetish Sex is that fetish sex requires the primary score for the sex act + a level of trust appropriate to the fetish activity. A good general overview is given on the main page for trust levels for different types of fetish acts, but here it is repeated for your convenience.

NOTE: default +20 to the primary requirement if it is a fetish they do not particularly care for. May be a higher or lower modifier on a case by case basis depending on the degree of their objection to the fetish. (writer's discretion)

• 0% Suspicious/untrusting

Fetish: Will not engage in any fetish sex.

• 10% Hesitant

Fetish: Will permit someone with a non-threatening fetish such as a foot fetish to, in that case, touch and/or manipulate their feet or paint their nails(or whatever the equivalent would be for a different non-threatening fetish,) but may or may not draw a line at licking.

• 30% At ease

Fetish: Minimum for swinger or cuck sex or any sex based on having sex with someone generally perceived as dangerous.

• 50% non-suspicious

Fetish: Minimum for the majority of fetish sex, does not include any form of sex that would require a "safe word."

• 70% Trusting

Fetish: Minimum for any form of safe-word requiring sex, including BDSM, choking, and rape role-play.

• 90% Blind Trust

Fetish: Required for the most extreme and potentially life-threatening activities during sex.

NOTE: For children young enough to use Trust as their primary requirement for sexual consent, instead of requiring trust and a primary score to both make the adequate cuts, instead 1/2 the requirement for the fetish act is added to the consent score for the normal sex act the fetish is performed with.

Exhibitionism

Exhibitionism is a unique creature within the world of fetish sex in terms of consent as it takes in a lot more factors due to it no longer being private sex. It will depend on levels of body same, for one. It will also depend on the partner's closeness to the people observing, and finally whether or not they happen to have an exhibition fetish. These three factors can even interact with one another.

Surrogate Consent

Surrogate Consent is how likely a person is to consent to you performing a sex act with someone they feel responsibility for, normally a parent allowing sex acts with their child or an older sibling allowing sex acts with their younger sibling. The primary scores for this are trust and friendship, but the final scores can also be moved WILDLY by taboos, the relationship you have to their charge, and the relationship THEY have to their charge. The sex act in question being performed also matters. If the surrogate sex requirement score exceeds 200 then there is no way to convince them to willingly let you perform this sex act on their charge unless the conditions raising their requirement score are changed.

Acquiring surrogate consent is as follows. Your friendliness plus trust with the person giving surrogate consent must exceed the result of the base for the act plus the surrogate modifier. There are two factors to the surrogate modifier. The number of taboos broken, and their relationship with their charge.

The broken taboo calculation

Each taboo the person giving surrogate consent holds that would be broken by the sex act in question adds a multiplier to the following formula.

+10 to all mild sex acts, +20 to all moderate sex acts, +30 to all hard-core sex acts, +40 to all fetish sex acts, +50 to all forced sex acts.

There are exceptions to the above formula depending on peculiarities with the individual, but this is the case for the most part. This formula is then given a multiplier at every level depending on the number of taboos that are in place. Possible taboos are as follows.

• Under-age sex: You, your partner, or both are under the age of adulthood for your culture.
• Child sex: You, your partner, or both are under the typical age of puberty (stacks with under-age)
• Age difference: You are significantly older than your partner.
• Pre-marital sex: You and your partner are not married.
• Exhibitionism: You and your partner are performing sexual actions in public.
• Exhibitionism in front of authority: Performing the sex act in front of the guardian who is giving surrogate consent (stacks with Exhibitionism)
• Incapable of caring for them: The male in the encounter is not capable of financially supporting the female partner or resulting children.
• Homosexuality: You are the same gender as your partner.

This is hardly a comprehensive list, and more may be added in the future. It is worth noting that in order for these taboos to count toward the modifier, it has to both be something that will be broken by you performing the sex act with your partner, and also your partner's guardian giving the surrogate consent must actually hold that taboo.

The relationship calculation

Whatever number results from the above formula is then run through a % multiplier that can range from X 0% (resulting in a final result of 0 requirement,) to X 200% (resulting in doubling the above result.) Any results that exceed 200 are regarded as 200, and any results that would produce a negative number are regarded as 0.

• Friend/enemy: This is influenced by whether the guardian is an adult or a same-age peer, and also whether or not your partner is consenting to the relationship. If they are non-consenting, then an enemy score is subtracted from the multiplier %, and a friendliness score has a X2 effect in adding to the multiplier %. However, in cases where your partner is consenting and wants to perform these sex acts with you, both friend and enemy scores will have a 1 for 1 addition to a positive multiplier.

In cases of the one giving surrogate consent being a same-age peer to your partner, them having a friendliness score with them will result in a negative % to the multiplier. All other combinations are the same as with adult guardians.

• Dominance/Submission: The guardian having dominance over your partner will add to the % score, and the guardian being submissive to your partner will subtract from the % score.

• Trust/Fear: The guardian trusting your partner will subtract from the % score. The guardian fearing harm to themselves from your partner will subtract from the % score. The guardian fearing for your partner's safety will add the result of YOUR trust score with them minus their fear score with your partner to the % score.

• Familial/platonic love: The familial or platonic love score is considered the base for calculating surrogate consent. It adds to the surrogate % score on a 1 for 1 basis.

• Romantic love/lust: If the guardian actually feels romantic love for your partner, they are more likely to abuse their position to keep away potential rivals like you. Adds to the result on a 2 for 1 basis unless the guardian has a swinger or cuck fetish. (results of swinger/cuck fetish listed under "special cases.")

Special cases

The above formulas count toward the typical person, but there are always special fetishes or situations that can completely change the entire formula. This area is for listing specific people from the story that will be using a dramatic modification on the above formula to calculate surrogate consent.

• March: March is a cuck for Xander. His surrogate consent score for acts with his sisters (after the 1st time) are calculated on his cuck level exceeding the standard consent minimum. His cuck level is his own lust for this particular sister +10 per taboo multiplied as a less than 1 decimal by his submissiveness to Xander.

So, (X+10n)Y = cuck level

• X = March's lust for that sister.
• n = number of taboos broken.
• Y = March's submissiveness to Xander where 1% = 0.01

For the 1st sexual act with one of his sisters before his cuck status fully activates, March's surrogate consent score is normal consent for an adult Vs. his friendliness score, no modification due to taboo.

• Trish: Trish's surrogate consent scores are so skewed from normal that she might as well just have the entire list re-written just for her. A quick guide would be as follows.

Standard scores

• Nudity, groping, kissing, ect...: (20)
• Dry-humping, nude or clothed: (25)
• Ejaculate on her child's body: (30)
• Ejaculate on her child's pussy: (35)
• Ejaculate on her sister's pussy: (50)
• Vaginal sex with her child: (50)
• Vaginal sex with her sister: (70)

Modifiers

• Children seem to be enjoying it: Uncomfortable consent -30
• Children seem to be somewhat uncomfortable with it: +10
• Children seem to hate it (exception for ejaculation on body or pussy if they seem to have enjoyed everything else:) +50
• Later discovers it was happening behind her back: -50 (cancels out with the children hating it, children being uncomfortable with it is completely disregarded.)

Note, this is just surrogate consent from Trish for you doing it with her children or sister. Sex acts with her still function on the normal consent list, except for nudity and groping. As such, she is far more permissive with the idea of you having sex with her children or sister than with her.
