Matt is the captain of the school soccer team, and very proud of it. He really likes the sport and would like to go on to play professionally. One thing he does not like about the school team is that several of its members are way too violent during training and play, but he feel they can become a good team.

Matt had a pretty normal childhood, he always had good friends and never lacked anything. He went to church on Sundays, obeyed his parents and teachers and from a young age showed he really cared about sports.
After he was appointed captain of the soccer team, he followed tradition and asked the main cheerleader out. He, as well as all other boys, had been watching the cheerleaders for a while, but he had not dared to ask one out before.
Their relationship started following the town's customs, but after [[Disciplinary Action/Characters/Tenth Grade/Marlo|Marlo]] explain to him some details about sex, he decided to try it, and to his pleasure Liliana was more than willing, even taking the lead after a short while.


He's got a quite fuzzy idea of what exactly ''sex'' is, knowing only that it involves touching and kissing Liliana and that if they take it too far she might get pregnant. So far they had only been involved in heavy petting, not even removing their clothes.
