The girl is a monster that humans from normal Earth would recognize from pop culture, but in this world are far too real. The existence of vampires, werebeasts (also called therianthropes), Frankenstein-esque creations, a whole host of undead, and more are a common fact of life in this world. None of them except certain therianthropes can breed, so their numbers come from poor souls who've been infected, cursed, or revived against their will.

These beings come from all races, but for the sake of simplicity here are a few human girls who met this fate:

  • Larissa, a fledgling vampire struggling to adjust to her new cravings, abilities, limitations, and near immortality.
  • Opal, a lumberjack's daughter who's about to undergo an incident which will curse her with some form of therianthropy.
  • Holly, the result of a mad researcher stitching body parts of multiple young girls together and reviving it with magic/science.
  • Nora, a girl who died while bathing and became a wandering ghost, but lacks any 'clothes' to cover her spectral body.

However, while these girls and others like them might be common place in this world, it's possible that a few could also belong to the "normal" world, hidden in the shadows...

So which of these monstrous young girls is the star?
