Leadership in an orcish community is NOT by blood.  It is by chain of command and fighting ability.  Just because his father was chief would not make Rog chief unless Rog was the one who killed him.  If The chief were killed by an orc, that orc would take his seat; otherwise his second in command would step up.  Nepotism is not a thing in orcish society.  He is so young it is hard to believe he is the best remaining fighter in one of the largest warbands in the Garian Orclands.  --[[User:Elerneron|Elerneron]] ([[User talk:Elerneron|talk]]) 21:27, 10 May 2020 (CEST)
