Yes, Mila Valentia is an actual NPC in the game. However, I decided I didn't want to write human races all the time, so I've made her a half wood elf. Her mother is still an Imperial. I have no clue if a Bosmer and an Imperial can actually have kids in EOS lore and I don't really care.

Mila works with her mother to sell fruits and vegetables. She thinks it's fun most days, but says it's a lot of hard work. Her father was killed when she was young, so Mila was raised by her mother in Whiterun. She leads a largely normal childhood, spending lots of time playing with the other kids in the city. One day, things change when a dragon attacks a watchtower near the city. That day, Mila learns something about herself that she doesn't quite understand. The discovery was the beginning of a journey that assured her life would never be the same.
