''Now's a good time to make your character sheet. Just to recap: Jillian is a 1st level halfling outlander ranger. Also, because she is a teenager, apply these changes to her ability scores: STR: +0, DEX: +1, CON: -1, INT: +0, WIS: -1, CHR: +1. In any event where her body may age to that of an adult, all modifiers on physical stats (the first three) are reverted. The three mental stats can only be reverted through time. Otherwise, feel free to customize the mechanics of Jillian (her proficiencies, equipment, spells at later levels, etc) however you see fit.''

You are Jillian Sharpy, a 14 year old girl who lives in a quiet halfling shire in the kingdom of Noxsylvania. You live with your father, Alton Sharpy, whose last name derives from 'sharp eye' a nickname given to your family for their long history of being hunters/protectors, each one a master of the bow. The shire you inhabit rests upon the very edges of civilization, just as your people like it. Because of this, your family has had the long history of defending your home from the beasts and monsters that may drift in and threaten your peaceful way of life.

You are no exception, training from a young age in the ways of the wild: learning how to properly wield a bow and arrow, track your prey over long distances, and subsist off the land during long voyages into the untamed wild. Unlike other halflings you know who put a high value on family and tradition, you've always been taught to respect the balance of nature above all else, giving you a more neutral good type of personality. Throughout your life, you've had an affinity towards caring for and raising animals, earning you the nickname Beasttamer. However, your ties with the creatures of the wild runs deeper than even your father is aware of.

To put it bluntly, you are sexually attracted to creatures. Beasts, monsters, anomalies of nature, anything primal and bizarre ends up piquing your lustful curiosity. Imagining a representative of the dark expanse of the wild coming up to you and fully assimilating you into their way of life through rough and selfish sexual intercourse has brought you to climax many times before. Your unnatural love of creatures has allowed you to connect with them far better than most of your shire would. Your secret has not been confined to anyone, nor does anyone suspect your desires, seeing you as one with a simple fondness for animals.

With the recent human population of Noxsylvania going from nomads to settlers, the people of your shire are worried about any possible expansion into your quiet neck of the woods. Nevertheless, you try to keep your nose out of political talk like that and elect to keep to how things always were, focusing on the task at hand.

DM Note

Now's a good time to make your character sheet. You can technically use any rules throughout the extended material you wish, so long as you only use 5e materials, but I'd recommend following character creation rules confined to the base Player's Handbook, since that's the only one I have readily on hand. Just to recap: Jillian is a 1st level halfling outlander ranger. Her favored enemy is beasts and her favored terrain (as part of her natural explorer feature) is forest. Otherwise, feel free to customize the mechanics of Jillian (her proficiencies, equipment, spells at later levels, etc) however you see fit.
