* I haven't found a condition for their lack of pubic hair (could be linked to androgen Insensitivity with a higher chance of girls being born.)
* '''Lack of Pubic Hair ''&'' No Menstruation:''' Low amounts of ''Dihydrotestosterone''
* lack of menstruation - Not sure, I can find references to CAIS, Kallman's and infertility/menopause.
** Precocious Puberty: ???
** Swyer Syndrome isn't included as "girls" with the condition will still menstruate, even without ovaries (if they have a Uterus, that is.)
* Rabbit-like reproductive system: [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nerve_growth_factor Nerve Growth Factor], also found in semen, can induce ovulation. A hormonal imbalance could be the cause.

Regarding the genetic "issues" of the Guerra family females:

Remember that the mother, Ana, is a descendant of several European royal lines, so genetic defects caused by incest are very possible.

  • Lack of Pubic Hair & No Menstruation: Low amounts of Dihydrotestosterone
    • Precocious Puberty: ???
  • Rabbit-like reproductive system: Nerve Growth Factor, also found in semen, can induce ovulation. A hormonal imbalance could be the cause.
    • Hyper ovulation: both ovaries release an egg simultaneously, with a higher chance of fraternal twins.

Conclusion: Most of their issues seem to be caused by an issue with both the hypothalamus and the pituitary gland.

This case study, along with her fertility research, are surely worthy of an award (Nobel, AMA Scientific achievement, or the Albert Lasker award)
