The quick settings are in the root menu of the World Module for ease of access, instead of a sub menu. They are generally things which may be edited frequently.
Adjust Time Dilation
This consists of a slider with a reset button. This feature is only available because of the use of quantum computers in the host universe, allowing the exploitation of quantum phenomenon to actually bend time. This is also the reason that time passes at such different speeds between the two universes.
Moving the slider to the left slows the passage of time. At its lowest setting time moves so slowly that movement of all but the very fastest actions seem to have stopped (1/1,000,000,000 of normal time). Even light moves at a relatively leisurely pace of about 1 ft per second. Players using this will see a much greater leap forward in time between when they next log out and log back in unless they catch up to the current simulation time in game (This is not a problem for Xander).
Moving the slider to the right speeds the passage of time. At it's highest setting, objects blur by at 3600 time the normal passage of time (1 hour per second). Players can only get so far ahead in time before this function stops working for them until they log out or otherwise let the simulation catch up (This is not a problem for Xander).
The reset button restores the passage of time to the normal rate.
Open House Builder Free Mode
This opens the game's House Builder Mode in a manner that all modifications do not cost game resources. This allows a player to build all structural elements of a house for free, to assign ownership of any (non-player owned) property to themselves, another player, or any lifie, and to adjust other ownership properties such as rental status, and mortgage. For Xander this is the only way to access House Builder Mode.
Open Buy Free Mode
This opens the game's Buy Mode in a manner that all items do not cost game resources. This allows a player to create any physical object for free. It also unlocks all hidden objects, and allows a player to assign ownership of any (non-player owned) item to themselves, another player, or any lifie. It also allows them to flag an item as stolen, or remove a stolen flag. Items created in this mode are brand new, showing no wear. While in Buy Mode items have no weight, and can be moved around however the player wishes. For Xander this is the only way to access Buy Mode.
Open Artifact Maker Free Mode
This opens the game's Artifact Maker Mode in a manner that all artifacts do not cost game resources. This allows a player to create any supernatural items for free, and unlocks all supernatural properties that can be applied to an item. For Xander this is the only way to access Artifact Maker Mode. This requires magic to be enabled in the world settings.
