Even though she’s the youngest daughter at home, she feels like her elder siblings get all the attention. His mom is always praising Matt, while her dad is always interested in what Suzy is doing. So Ginny has to be extra loud in order to get her parent’s attention.
This attitude is true also in school, where Ginny has to be reminded to keep her voice to herself many times, since she occasionally says things without thinking.
