High elves, sometimes referred to as Fay in more formal conversation are the most strongly gifted in the arcane arts of all the races. while similar in appearance to humans they can be easily identified by their elongated ears and often regal demeanor. being so naturally gifted in magic as they are, high elves are able to regenerate mana more quickly than other races.
