a common race in this world. While they lack any particularly distinguishable physical attributes, humans have come to establish their place in the world through their undying tenacity and ability to create technological marvels. Most humans are even capable at preforming low level magic. while not as adept as elves, with proper training some humans have been able to become powerful mages able to preform even the most difficult spells.
