I think disabling requests for three weeks following a "win" is a bit much given how few of us there are making requests at the moment. Maybe later if the requests start climbing. For now, I think a one week cooldown is more logical. That's still a maximum of two "wins" per month. Just a suggestion. Also, would a list of general wishes be handy...you know non sexual things.
