On my story, 10 days to live, it only shows one page in the <nowiki> {{PAGESINCAT:TDTL}} </nowiki> I checked and there are two pages, this could have something to do with the reason you had to separate it in the first place... This is what it says here "{{PAGESINCAT:TDTL}}", so I think I am probably right about the reason... --[[User:PrincessKittens|PrincessKittens]] ([[User talk:PrincessKittens|talk]]) 03:22, 14 January 2022 (CET)

{{PAGESINCAT}} doesn't update instantly.  Sometimes it takes a while.  You can force it to update by editing it, but that would defeat the purpose of using it instead of updating the number of pages manually.  At some point I really need to go through and find all of the traditional stories and change them from using {{PAGESINCAT}} to a static number as they definitely don't need a dynamic pagecount.  --[[User:Elerneron|Elerneron]] ([[User talk:Elerneron|talk]]) 04:47, 14 January 2022 (CET)

On my story, 10 days to live, it only shows one page in the {{PAGESINCAT:TDTL}} I checked and there are two pages, this could have something to do with the reason you had to separate it in the first place... This is what it says here "4", so I think I am probably right about the reason... --PrincessKittens (talk) 03:22, 14 January 2022 (CET)

You can force it to update by editing it, but that would defeat the purpose of using it instead of updating the number of pages manually. At some point I really need to go through and find all of the traditional stories and change them from using PAGESINCAT to a static number as they definitely don't need a dynamic pagecount. --Elerneron (talk) 04:47, 14 January 2022 (CET)
