The device allows the owner to travel through time, with a few limitations.
The owner can only travel through time every 30 minutes.
The owner does not age when they are not in their time.
If the owner loses the device, they are stuck in the time they are currently in, and the device automatically locks itself so that nobody else can use it until the owner gets it back.
If the owner goes back to their original time, all the stuff they did while they were out of their time is completely undone so that they don't change the course of history or the future, except for what happens to themselves, e.g.: if they were sick and was cured in a different time, they would stay cured, or if they got injured, they would stay injured.
