You conclude that having to sneak around to have sex is part of the fun of it. But, you'd like to avoid any harsh consequences should you wind up getting caught. Perhaps something like how the cultural opposition to homosexual relationships has been weakened?
You go into the cultural modifications for the town and decide to get to work, looking over where you gave the whole town Trish's outlook on children and sex. As you look into the details, you keep coming back to the part about how under these new rules it's considered harmful to discourage children from having sex. You also note there's an 'interpretations and variations' option as you're looking into the details, and it says that conservative religious groups have some opposition to this trend and believe that sex is something you should only do after marriage.
You see your opportunity here. You go into this interpretation and write in how this is viewed to be a very old-school way of doing things, and parents who enforce this would be seen as extremely "un-cool." You also decide to help your sister Charity out a bit by adding in that what your mother is doing with Charity would be considered outright abusive and very frowned upon in the culture.
On that subject, you decide to take it one step further and go to your mother's personality settings in particular, and modify her to have come to realize she was being way too harsh on Charity. For good measure, you add that if she were to catch any of you having sex again, such as what you did with Roni, she'd likely go to an opposite extreme and simply pretend it's not happening.
Having seen how it turned out last time, you decide to close this part of the menu and then open it again for it to refresh, going in to see how your culture-wide modifications were interpreted. After some looking, it seems like there's still some opposition among the religious groups to kids having sex, but there's more of a 'so long as I don't find out about it' attitude toward it now. But you also see something else interesting in there. Apparently, this attitude has created a problem where, if a child were to be sexually molested by another child or teen, so long as it happened behind closed doors it would likely be the molested child who gets into trouble if they were to report their molestation with no consequences on the abuser. In fact, most children realize this and usually don't wind up reporting it even if they get outright raped.
This is a somewhat disturbing turn of events, but your mind quickly calms down when you realize you have also purchased the sexual non-compete cheat. This means that you are the only person who could possibly molest these kids as described here. You certainly don't see yourself going around raping a bunch of kids, you'd rather it be consensual. As such, this actually works out in your favor since that non-reporting part of it is also a thing. So, you decide to amp that up on the kids' end of it, with the religious kids being more likely to be sexually curious behind closed doors and put themselves into situations where it can happen since they hear about that sort of thing at school from other kids, but also far less likely to report it.
