This section lists magical abilities that can be attained by Magic Level.
No Magic
There is no magic. Preexisting magical items will still seem strange, give people an odd feeling, or feel creepy, etc.
Very Low Magic
Magic is limited to minor "parlor tricks". (D&D reference: equal to cantrips and 1st level spells)
Low Magic
Magic can be useful, but is rarely better than mundane ways of doing things. (D&D reference: equal to 1st and 2nd level spells)
Moderate Magic
Magic is useful, and equal to mundane ways of doing things. (D&D reference: equal to 1st to 3nd level spells)
High Magic
Magic is quite useful, and is often better than mundane ways of doing things. (D&D reference: equal to 1st and 6th level spells)
Very High Magic
