Some of those area effect cheats that have the "radius" setting locked are actually pretty darn powerful, it's really no wonder they banned the radius setting because they would be too OP otherwise. Perhaps you should look into upping the radius that they cover?

If you take these cheats into consideration, the ones that you have that fit this criteria are..

  • Reduce age of puberty
  • Ignorance to sex
  • False knowledge that a boy sticking his penis in a girl is just fun and games, and girls like it but boys don't.

There is also a cheat to invalidate birth control that is "radius" setting compatible, but it would really be pointless to set that one to "radius" since the birth control would become valid again as soon as they walk away from you. So, effectively, that one could be counted as strictly AOE as well.

You currently have the ignorance and false knowledge cheats to only affect this neighborhood. They cost 500 points at standard cost each, which is X3 cost, so 3,000 points between the two of those. Reduce age of puberty is set to max (10 years) effect, making its cost 500 as well, and it is also set to "neigborhood," so that's another 1,500. Invalidate birth control costs far less at only 100 points for the standard list cost, it is also set to a far wider area covering the whole town. It was pretty cheap though, which explains why you would do something like that. This one totals out to only 800 points by itself.

You are currently spending 4,500 points on the other three cheats, and they all seem very interesting. You do not have the points to upgrade this to match the "invalidate birth control" cheat's range, but you could probably expand them to cover the town. It would cost just under half the points you have, but it's definitely doable, and having everyone in town be this easy and have all the little girls fertile too is definitely worth the 7,500 points.

You decide to up the area to the entire town, leaving you with 13,103 points to still do with whatever you like. You made a pretty good dent with a pretty powerful upgrade, but there's still a lot more points available.
