The Casa/Mojada/Coup
You think you might have seen a smile dash across the face of the uncomfortably bound young girl, but considering the prolonged extend of your discomfort it isn't wise to read into such a thing.
"This, for someone like you, is the height of Roam." Says the prisoner meaningfully. "What will you do when you go home. Wont you be more painfully tempted now than you were? How long will it be until you are compelled to return. The price doubles for each visit. How much of your worth will you eventually surrender? How much of the rest of your life will be only a daily grind while you dream of this place as its reality fades?"
She pauses as the idea sinks in.
"I have seen this. The girls before me have seen this. It is known. For all their time in this place becomes a curse. We are the Sirens that claim lives on sharp rocks. But maybe..." She pauses. "For you it could be different."
You watch the face of the condemned little girl. Hope tries to land on her face but finds no place to roost. Her face is devoid of fear also. She looks you hard in the eye and simply waits.
You replay the words of the red haired girl. She looks like she would be in elementary school if she were in the states, but she spoke as if she knew exactly what she wanted to say and how to say it.
"What is your plan?" Her expression does not break, hope does not come. If possible, her face becomes more serious.
"Roam can be taken. If you let me go I'll show you."
