Personality
Penny loves teaching. She is an open and caring person who honestly wants to see her students learn and grow. While Penny is attracted to girls, she has no issue teaching both genders.
History
Penny grew up in a small town outside Albuquerque. Her father is a real estate mogul in the area, her mother works as an elementary teacher.
Penny had an easy childhood. Her father may have worked constantly, but her mother was always available. Throughout her early childhood penny idolized her mother. This changed during her teen years as Penny's mother was not accepting of Penny's girlfriends. Penny started acting out and eventually got into trouble.
She got a DUI at the age of 16. Her father managed to sweep it all under the rug. After a heart to heart talk, Penny started relying on her father for advice. The man taught Penny that it was perfectly fine to indulge herself in her desires but that she should always be careful to never get caught. It was Penny's father that came to the Producer for help after Penny was caught with one of her students.
Sexual History
Penny was introduced to sex by the family maid at the age of 9. Penny had "felt itchy" one day and went to the maid because her mother was busy with school planning. The maid was a young Latina girl who had been trained to "take care of" her masters. The maid licked the little girl to several orgasms. From that day forward Penny took advantage of the maid whenever she wanted. Penny has been mostly unlucky with Girlfriends her own age and tends to look to younger girls as a way to recapture some of the joy that she once felt.
Penny has never had any form of penetrative sex. The largest thing that has ever been inside her was a finger.
Penny has thought about guys, and wondered what sex with one would be like, but has never pursued it due to fear of penetration. Penny has never seen a live penis and has never tasted cum.

Role in the plan
Penny is the first of the Big Sisters. She has been a sounding board for the producer helping him to refine the plan. She wants to have sex all the girls, especially the sisters. She wants the girls to get pregnant. She suspects that the Producer is going to try to impregnate her at some point and is both afraid and curious.
Penny is looking forward to teaching, maybe even more than the sex.
