A bit too heavily unbalanced compared to the humans I think. We can probably stand to cut the reputation modifier by switching "regal" for "haughty," the elves having an inflated view of themselves and thus earing negative opinions of non-elven races. Jemini (talk) 02:18, 28 May 2018 (CEST)
