(Abusive.) With no words or requests for consent, you simply pull the shirt up and over her head.

(Gentle + patience = 1-10) "Now let's get your shirt off." You say. (Liked the previous article of clothing removed)Without much struggle, you manage to get it off her. (Hated or was uncomfortable with the previous article removed)She lets out something of a dissatisfied growl as you begin to pull it up, but you are ultimately able to get it off her.

(Gentle + patience = 11+) "I would like to take your shirt off next, is that Ok?" You ask.
