"Well, judging by the way she just reacted, I really don't think it seems like your daughter would be very keen to the idea of getting married to me." You tell her.

"Well, she will be sleeping on the streets until she decides to accept it Mr. Gardiner. If you will have her, that is."

Well, jeeze! Marrying a middle schooler. You have to admit, something like this has been your dream for a while. The only issue is that it does not sound like this kid is very stable, and she also is rather hostile toward you. It would definitely not be a happy marriage, but at the same time maybe you can teach her to enjoy it in the long run if you do take her like this. And, besides, it sounds like she will be in a pretty bad situation if you don't.

"Ok, sure. I will accept your daughter Ms. Morandi." You say, feeling a little like the entire thing is unreal. It feels less like you said the words and more like they just fell out of your mouth on their own without you meaning to say them. You are still in a little bit of a daze from it.

"Thank you! Thank you so much Mr. Gardner." She says. "I promise, I will..."

"WHAT!? MARRIED!?" Tihana suddenly erupts from the bathroom with her change of clothing on.

"It really is what has to happen at this point Tihana" Her mother says.

"NOOO!!! Listen to me mom! He touched my... he touched me down there!"

"That's exactly why you need to get married, Tihana. What Mr. Gardner did with you is the same things husbands and wives do. He will be doing it a lot more with you from now on too, so you had better get used to it!"

"Nooo!! Nooo! You're lying!" She protests.

"Well, I assure you it's the truth. We have taken enough of Mr. Gardiner's time already though, we will discuss more of this when we get home."

"But... but... Hey!" Tihana's protests are cut short by her mother grabbing her roughly by the arm and dragging her behind. "Thank you again Mr. Gardner. I swear I will have Tihana straightened out by the time of your ceremony."

You were still speechless about the entire ordeal, and so you were left somewhat dumbfounded as Ms. Morandi dragged her daughter out the door by her arm.
