It was almost like clockwork, it started the very next day after your interview with Mr. Loso that you started getting this student, a young girl by the name of Sonia Fuentes who was a little pale for being a latina to the point you wouldn't even know it except for the name, sent from his class on an almost daily basis. They were all for genuine infractions too, but once you found out from Mrs. Varano that she is the only student in the school with an IEP (Individual Education Plan,) and that the gysts of it basically break down to the fact that she doesn't act her age when put under pressure and doesn't do well with being rushed, it became pretty clear what he was doing. He must be deliberately violating her IEP in order to get her to throw temper tantrums in class.

Of course, it was not until some way into her series of punishments that you found out why it likely was that Mr. Loso wanted her to keep coming to your office so much. As for her punishments, you still had to do them. After all, she DID actually do the things Mr. Loso said and going by the reactions of the other teachers it didn't seem like they were all that familiar with this IEP stuff to begin with so there was fairly little you could do in terms of getting this enforced other than to call down state authorities, and there were certain other rather obvious things against doing that.

Now then...
