Disciplinary Action/Disciplinary Office/First Quarter/Sonia Cheating/Wait/Family/Hold/Tests
"It doesn't really matter how many there were last year, I'm planning on only counting the ones since the beginning of this year anyway." You tell her.
"What!? Really???" Maria responds.
"Yes, but there is something else that the whole family has to do in exchange, and this includes your wife by the way Mr. Williamson. You see, Dr. Hartell is collecting blood samples from some of the women and girls of the town for a data survey. So, I would like for all the female members of your family to provide blood samples for her research. If you can do that, then I will also be able to take Sonia's IEP and the fact that she voluntarily confessed she had been cheating without prompting in order to apply some leniency to her case. Only the cases of cheating for this year will be counted."
Maria let out a deep sigh upon hearing this. "Ahh, is that right then? Alright. Yes, I will talk with everyone in the family so they can give blood samples. Thank you very much for taking Sonia's circumstances into consideration. Uhh... wait, what exactly is the punishment for the cheating she has done since the beginning of the year though?"
"Well, as you are probably aware from reading the new guidelines, all severe punishments involve some form of oral to genital or genital to genital contact. Because she has confessed there are 19 violations, the severity is considered at the highest, and so each of those 19 violations calls for a pregnancy risk at the most extreme level, including deep ejaculation and having it kept inside with a diaphragm. Furthermore, she has requested that she be allowed to take on Elias' portion of the punishment as well because, it seems, she has some form of crush on him."
"That's ridiculous!" Maria practically shouts. "I won't allow it! Whatever she's said about that, I'm vetoing it right here and now! Even having her have sex 19 times is way too much! I'm not going to have her take on more than that for some boy! Besides, he's too old for her from what you've said!"
"Well, even if you actually did overrule it, I am afraid there is still one problem here. You see, it turns out that Elias did not ask her to do this. She did it completely without him knowing about it, and it turns out Mr. Williamson's missunderstanding allowed her to completely get away with it. This is counted by the guidelines as setting someone else up for a violation, and that means that even if she hadn't volunteered to take on his portion of the punishment she would still wind up responsible for it. However, as I was saying before, I am still only going to hold her responsible for the papers she handed in for this year. That counts both her own and Elias' portions of the responsibility for last year. So, she will be counted for 19 instances of doing someone else's homework, and 19 instances of turning in homework done by someone else, for a total of 38 total severe violations for which the punishment is a pregnancy risk for every single one."
"What!? So is this Elias boy getting off completely scott free for this!? He MUST have known at least someone else was doing his homework, and he didn't report it!"
"No, he is not getting off free for this." You tell her. "And I have also already confirmed he did know about it. He will be held responsible for failing to report the cheating, and also he will be counted for last year. The guidelines call for a less severe punishment for people who are set up by someone else, but in this instance it is entirely possible his punishment could become more severe."
Maria lets out a huge sigh and starts pacing the room. "Ok... Ok..." She keeps repeating. "Ok." She says again, before finally settling down. "Ok, I understand what's going on, just... Can I ask one thing? Please don't terrorize her with all the stuff about impurity and it being sinful and stuff. And, if you can, could you try and convince her into it gently? Don't use force if she doesn't want it. I could even come in myself in order to try and keep her calm and tell her it's alright. Actually, that's a good idea. Could you let her watch you doing it with me before you do anything to her? I just don't want to see her traumatized by all of this too much."
Well, that actually sounds like a pretty good deal. On the other hand though, having her around might make it a little more difficult to probe Sonia for information on what her sister is hiding.
