You ask your secretary to call second grader Jack Kennedy into your office. She nods and does so. As you wait in your office the door opens and in walks little Jack foul mouth who closes the door and greats you with,

"What do you want principal asshole." He laughs as he says this. How cute he thinks using curse words makes him big people. Why don't you teach him how to use them right.

"Jack do you know what an asshole is?" You ask.

"Its what you are." Is his only reply.

"Look Jack I am not here to get you in trouble. To me its not your cursing that is a problem it is the fact you are not using it correctly so allow me to teach you. If you do I will allow you to curse in my presence but only in my presence as some people will still have a problem with it and you will get in big trouble and I will be forced to take action. What do you say?" You can see his young mind thinking. On the one hand he would be limiting himself but on the other hand he would be allowed to curse and not get in trouble. After a bit he ultimately nods signaling he agrees to your conditions.
