Order of Freedom
The Order of Freedom is the religious order dedicated to Scouting and hunting Slavers, and freeing slaves. This order deals with all the things that must be done in the shadows. The members of this order are scouts, spies, assassin's, etc. Its ranks consists of Scouts, Hunters, Free Rangers and Liberators.
Religious Herarchy
Scouts: Scouts are the bread and butter of the Order. It is the starting rank in the Order. Their duties consist primarily of scouting ranges, running messages and all the little things required to keep a shadow network running. Secondary to that are their studies for progression within the Order.
Hunters: Hunters are responsible for leading hunting parties in search of slavers, or attacking slave compounds to release their captives. They scout their area of assignment, reporting to both the leader of the area and to their superiors. They are also responsible for guarding the area and it's populace from slaver raids and during times of need.
Free Ranger: Free Rangers are responsible for assigning and organizing all hunting parties in a given area. They can hold sway over multiple locations and in some cases multiple cities. They are also responsible for guarding the area and it's populace during times of need. It is not uncommon for multiple Free Rangers to be assigned to an area of importance.
Liberators: Liberators act as information focal points over a large area, or to a specific group or race. They are the eyes and ears in any given area advising the church and local leaders on Slaver movement and known compounds.
There is one Liberator who is considered the head of The Order of Freedom. This is an appointed position by the Forgemaster and is a lifetime appointment.
