What are peoples thoughts on file structure for organization and fluidity of complex CYOA stories? I am not sure how I should organize stories, as I can see some of the pro/cons of each, but not why one is better than the other.

Ultimately I am wondering what people prefer and why?

Some examples file structures, names are just off the top of my head.
