Hypothetically, could Elyae use her bardic magic, specifically emotional control, to make Jaedyn hornier and thus decrease refractory period? -- Dein0clies (talk) 17:45 10 May 2020 (EDT)

She could definitely use her power to influence Jaedyn's libido, but the libido dosen't actually affect refractory period. Fortunately Jaedyn is a teen and therefore doesn't have much of a refractory period. going two or three times in a row is not uncommon among teens . . . more than three without a break might need magic; and bardic magic is not suited for that purpose.
