Emily seems a little more flustered than usual and Veronica is wearing a nightdress instead of her usual pyjamas. She picks the toddler up. "Now you have fun with your Uncle Jason and do what he tells you," she says giving her a hug and long kiss. She puts Veronica down and puts her coat on ready to go out. Before she leaves, she turns back. "She's only a baby; be gentle with her," she says and promptly disappears through the door.
