Pedo Romp/Two boys are rough-housing and break a window
You are alone in your office when you get a knock at your door. You walk over and open it to see one of your employees standing there. But she is not alone. Both of her hands are holding the shoulders of two very guilty looking boys.
"What do we have here?" you ask as they enter your office.
"These two boys were horsing around with each other and ended up knocking over the white-board and it crashed through the window."
"Goodness, nobody got hurt, I presume."
"No, fortunately, everyone is fine, Aaron is helping patch the window temporarily. I assumed you'd want to handle these two."
"Of course, boys," you begin. "Go ahead and sit down. You're both aware this is quite serious. Neither of you should have been rough-housing in the first place. This certainly isn't the place for it."
The boy's know they're in trouble. Now you have a choice, you could call their parents and get them to pay for the damage. Or you could pay for the damage yourself and promise not to tell their parents if they listen to you and do whatever you ask...
