Romanian Love Story/Chapter III/Horse Escape
[Encounters Left: 1]
Lucia jumps! She sails over the gate like a born gymnast, miraculously even landing squarely on both feet on the other side. The stallion whinnies as if cheering. Lucia looks back at him and grins, throwing her arms up in the air in a celebratory fashion.
He trots over and puts his big head over the gate. Lucia, feeling a lot less scared of him now, walks back over to him and rubs his head, whispering compliments. He lips her shift, making her giggle. She says goodbye to him and goes to get another blanket, still smiling.
Moving on to the next stall, she puts blankets over several plow and cart horses without issue.
The last stall contains a single big ox the family keeps for managing their fields. The ox stares at the girl the whole time, making her nervous, but he doesn't object when she puts a blanket on his back.
[Does she get out without incident?] * The big pig is faster than her! [Encounters Left: -1] * Lucia manages to quickly get away!
