It's a big old building on several floors. You head up two flights of stairs to the 'restricted' section.

There is supposed to be someone there to stop the kiddies from reading 'unsuitable' books, but the usual chronic shortage of funds has made that post redundant. It's not a large collection and most of the books are pretty old. They were originally donated by some old guy who had spent a long life collecting them and the county has never got around to getting rid.

You are not here so much for the books, although some Victorian porn is actually quite good, but to see if any *shock, horror* children had made it up here.
