Is it possible to give a light warning, then ask her if she's interested?

"The reason Ms. Curtis was upset, is because you aren't supposed to do these sorts of things where other people can see; but since we're in my office now, would you like to try it?"

If we word it that way, in the future Melany might sneak off somewhere with a boy and if she's caught, we can fuck her again.
