Since Tatiana seems to be coming out anyway, you decide to just wait for her. You are more or less finished up with Sylvia anyway.
It only takes a dozen or so more seconds before the other naked soon-to-be third-grader comes out of the bathroom. She looks very unsure, slinking out in her nudity, clearly embarrassed to have you and maybe even Sylvia looking at her in that state, but she does come out.
"Alright, come here, let me check if you wiped properly," you tell her, calling her over. This is likely to be a common occurrence in this town. Your mother taught your sister Beatriz to wipe up after she was done on the toilet, but you could just as easily see other mothers teaching their daughters to specifically avoid that as seems to have been the case with Sylvia. It's likely to be hit-or-miss.
Tatiana obeys hesitantly, coming closer to you with a very nervous look before stopping in front of you.
"Umm... Mr?" Sylvia says, yanking on your sleeve. "Is... is it Ok if I wipe her privates?"
Is this more of her trying to protect Tatiana? Or maybe there's a bit of lesbian intentions in there potentially? You don't know what exactly is going through this girl's head, but...
