The club's dungeons were very simple rooms with gray concrete walls, ceilings and floors. Each cell had a pipe emerging an inch into the room in one wall from which fresh water constantly dribbled onto the floor. The water on the floor ran into a drain under the water pipe. Even before Riley had woken up the online auction showing the countdown to the performance had started. The countdown started at just under 5 days: the following Friday evening. The performance in the "Hell" room lasts for 8 hours. The first 3 hours are a series of twelve 15 minute acts of rape and torture. When the auction for Riley's performance in hell ended the following costume had been chosen:

At the same time she gets Hobo City to fear her by disciplining groups or individuals when they default on debts or break one of her unwritten rules. In return the whole community helps with information and support for her army of thugs and network of spies. Big Mana shares a boss with Manuel and is thus part of the wider organization that runs the Hole Club.
