Pretty soon the pool will be too full to swim laps in and someone might kick her on accident when she comes up for air, so she'd probably be better off getting in another dive now. "Um, were you going to climb up or..." she addressed the man poised to climb the ladder.

"N-no, I, uh, changed my mind. You go on," he said while gesturing her forward.

What was agreed upon was how happy they were to have gone swimming today.
Sally meanwhile was standing in the locker room, with a standard bathroom to her right and lockers, benches, and individual shower cubicles to her left, thinking about what to do next. She could just rise off and head back home, or she could go next door and do some casual swimming in one of the empty pools, or even get in one of the hot tubs and really relax. Then again, Devin, Wes, and Randall should still be playing basketball so she could quickly rise off and go pay them a visit.
