Deciding she wanted to explore some of the shops downtown and hopefully acquire some ice cream. Sally left the windowsill and started rummaging through her dresser. Quickly she found a sundress and a matching pair of thigh highs, both a light purple with black accents. She remembered getting this dress just last year though she only remembered wearing it once. Stripping off her nightshirt and putting on the sundress, thigh highs, and a pair of sneakers, Sally then looted her piggy bank for some money.

Sally saw several shops she wanted to explore. There was the ice cream parlor -Jim’s Ice Cream-, the clothes store -Fine Apparel-, and an oddity store -Jill’s Bits and Bobs-. Jim’s was, of course, crowded, but that made it much more likely he’d let her work for her ice cream and some pocket money, though if she went there right away, she was sure to be stuck until dinner time. The clothes store was somewhat packed due to its end-of-summer sale, but she could see several cute clothes on display. Of course, the oddity store was always a toss-up on what she would find; the last time she was there, she found an amulet that supposedly allowed people to read minds. It didn’t really, but Sally had been tempted for a couple of minutes.
