He hands you a small wand. "Simply touch this to the flesh of anyone you desire, then you may recreate that person at a later time by waving the wand in a figure eight three times. The recreated person will be an exact copy of the original, with the same memories, personality, and everything. When you are finished, simply touch the wand to the copy's flesh, and they will be unmade."
